The People of the State of Illinois, upon relation of Chillicothe Township, Kickapoo Township, Limestone .Township, Peoria Township, and Richwoods Township, and O. W. Hamilton, Alfred C. Goetz, Thomas Thome, L. Earl Becker and U. S.
