I. Introduction

On February 5, 2007, Plaintiff Nutratech, Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “Nutratech”) filed a Motion for Entry of Protective Order (the “Motion”). Plaintiff and Defendant Syntech (SSPF) International Inc. (“Defendant” or “Syntech”) submitted a Joint Stipulation, pursuant to Local Rule 37-2, reflecting each party’s position regarding the Motion. The parties also submitted various declarations and exhibits.
