The plaintiff, Standard Process, Inc. (“Standard Process”), filed its amended complaint on July 6, 2007, alleging that the defendant, Total Health Discount, Inc. (“Total Health”), engaged in trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, intentional interference with contractual relations, and related claims, all arising from the advertising and sales of dietary supplements under Standard Process’s trademarks.
