On October 22, 1996, the Plaintiff, Rhonda Dimmie (“Plaintiff’ or “Dimmie”), filed the instant complaint claiming that Defendants Mariah Carey (“Carey”), Walter Afanasieff (“Afanasieff’), Columbia Records Inc.
