Plaintiff John L. Jorgensen (“Jorgen-sen”), pro se, appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (John F. Keenan, Judge), dated September 27, 2002, granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and dismissing Jor-gensen’s copyright infringement case in its entirety.
