ORDER RE DEBTOR’S COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGE-ABILITY OF DEBT

On March 7, 2001, the above-captioned matter came on for hearing on Debtor’s Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt. Debtor/Plaintiff Diane Kristin Meling appeared with her attorney Michael Dunbar. Assistant United States Attorney Larry Kudej and Legal Intern Matthew James appeared for Defendant U.S. Department of Education.
