The above-captioned adversary case comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiff/Debtor’s (hereinafter referred to as the “Debtor”) Complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt. The specific debt at issue is a student loan obligation which was incurred by the Debt- or to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology from the Liberty University of Life Long Learning.
