The bill of complaint in this cause is filed to restrain the foreclosure of a mortgage by advertisement. The rate of interest specified in the mortgage is 7 per cent, and, in addition, the mortgage provides:
“It is expressly agreed, that the said party of the first part, within thirty days after the same become due and payable, will pay all taxes and assessments which shall be levied upon the said lands, or upon or on account of this mortgage, or the indebtedness secured hereby, or upon the interest or estate in said lands created, conveyed or represented by this mortgage, or by said…
