Plaintiff Abiye Workneh (“Plaintiff’ or “Workneh”) brings this action against his former employer, Pall Corporation (“Pall”), and three individual defendants, Morven McAlister (“McAlister”), Wei Bing Ding (“Ding”), and William Wilson (“Wilson”) (collectively “Defendants”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”).
