BRYAN, Justice.

Eric Anderton and Jackson Key Practice Solutions, LLC (“Jackson Key”), appeal from the Monroe Circuit Court’s order denying their motion to compel arbitration. We reverse and remand.

The Practice-Monroeville, P.C. (“the Practice”), is a medical-practice group located in Monroeville. Allscripts Healthcare, LLC (“Allscripts”), sells health-care software to health-care providers. Alls-cripts is a North Carolina company and does not have an office in Alabama.
