The questions to be determined in this case arise in the following manner: . After a decree of foreclosure- and sale had been entered in the above-entitled cause, and in pursuance thereof all the property of the Kansas City, Pittsburg & Gulf Railroad Company had been sold, which sale took place in March, 1900 (the bill of foreclosure having been filed on April 28, 1899, and receivers appointed at that time), John Breuel and others filed petitions of intervention in the above-entitled cause; claiming the right to do so under certain provisions of the decree of…
