This cause was commenced by an employee’s-petition to review an agreement for workmen’s compensation which had been approved under the act then in force, general laws 1938, chapter 300. After a hearing the director’ of labor rendered a decision finding the petitioner no longer’ totally incapacitated and ordering the respondent to pay compensation on the basis of partial incapacity as therein described.
