OPINION OF THE COURT

Titone, J.

Appellants, Quinton A. and Darrell R, appeal from final orders of disposition of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 17, 1978, which were based on findings that they committed acts, which if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law, § 160.15), a "designated felony act” under subdivision (h) of section 712 of the Family Court Act, and burglary in the second degree (Penal Law, § 140.25).
