FAWSETT, District Judge.

This case was considered by the Court on the issue whether Plaintiffs’ action is barred by the principles of res judicata and collateral estoppel.

The pertinent facts of this matter are as follows. Plaintiffs in the instant case are Claude Benline, Benline Process Color Company, Inc. and Deland Leasing. Ben-line Process Color Company, Inc. (“Benline Process”) conducts a silk screening business for billboard printing.
