This case is before the court on a motion for summary judgment filed by all of the remaining defendants (Docs. 50, 90). Plaintiff Charles M. Brennan (Brennan) brought this suit alleging that Defendants violated the federal and Florida Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) laws during the events leading up to the foreclosure of the Sheraton Twin Towers Hotel in 1988.
