Plaintiffs Paul A. Stern, Lee J. Walker, C. Raymond Olson, Joel Alter and W.R. Jenkins bring this action against Defendants Tarrant County Hospital District, John Peter Smith Hospital, Harold B. Daley, Bruce K. Jacobson, George J. Luibel, Robert L. McAfee, George H. Moore, Harry A. Noah, Tim Philpot, James C.
