The Plaintiff, Brian K. Mignault, Sr., brings this action against the Defendants, Ledyard Public Schools (“Ledyard”), Michael H. Graner (“Graner”), Peter Vincent (“Vincent”), Marcia P. Griffin (“Griffin”), and Elizabeth Bigley (“Bigley”). Graner, Vincent, Griffin, and Bigley are sued in their individual capacities only.
