On February 9, 1993, Garry L. Eberhardt (“Debtor”) petitioned for relief under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Comeriea Bank (“Creditor”) thereafter filed a complaint objecting to the discharge of certain debt. Debtor filed an answer to Creditor’s complaint on June 25, 1993. At the conclusion of the presentation of its proofs, Creditor brought a motion for judgment on partial findings, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7052.
