MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court upon cross motions for summary judgment filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee for the law firm of Tom Nebel, P.C. (hereinafter “Trustee”) and the defendants collectively referred to as the “McRedmond Parties.” 1 The dispute herein involves certain funds held by the Chancery Clerk and Master of Davidson County in which both the McRedmond Parties and the Trustee claim an interest.
