The complaint in this case is as follows :

“Plaintiffs, for cause of action, state that they are husband and wife, and are and were the father and mother, respectively, of the child, William Matz, herein referred to. That the said William Matz was bom in the year 1888, and while he was a minor and unmarried, died, March 19, 1897, from an injury •occasioned as hereinafter stated.
