MURPHY, Circuit Judge.
Gerald Lee Patterson was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine, drug possession and trafficking, and using and carrying a firearm in relation to a drug offense, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). Patterson appeals from the judgment, seeking dismissal or a new trial.
