In this medical malpractice case, the plaintiff, Kenwood Junior Catlett, appeals a jury verdict rendered in favor of the defendant, Ian J. MacQueen, M.D. The plaintiff assigns as error the exclusion of three col- or photographs of his injuries, as well as instructional error. For the reasons discussed below, we find no error and affirm the judgment.
