This cause comes here on appeal from the district court of Pushmata-ha county. The plaintiff and defendants occupy the same relative postition here as in the trial court, and will be so referred to herein.
It appears from the allegations of the pleadings that the defendants, J. A. Davidson and Dovie D. Davidson, executed their promissory note for $1,081.50, payable to the Conservative Loan & Trust Company, to secure which they executed a mortgage covering certain real estate located in Pushma-taha county.
