This case was tried in the Supreme Court, Hudson Circuit, and resulted in the jury rendering a verdict in favor of the defendants. Judgment was entered, and this appeal taken. Suit was instituted to recover damages for personal injuries received by the plaintiff, which, it is alleged, were caused by the defendants’ negligence. It appears that the plaintiff, pursuant to an arrangement made with the defendants, accompanied them on an auto trip which wa's to cover a period of four or five days.
