A Ramsey County jury found appellant guilty of first-degree felony murder in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.185(3) (1990), second-degree intentional murder in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.19(1) (1990) and kidnapping in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.25 (1990). She was sentenced to life in prison for murder, and to a concurrent 43 months for kidnapping.
