OPINION AND ORDER

BARBARA B. CRABB, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin dismissing the Chapter 13 plan of debtors-appellants Richard Shafer and Nancy Webb. Jurisdiction over the appeal is derived from 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1). The bankruptcy judge dismissed the action after concluding that the appellants’s chapter 13 plan had not been proposed in good faith. I conclude that appellants’ proposed plan fails to compensate their unsecured creditors fairly as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3). I will affirm…
