These two Chapter 13 confirmation matters come before the Court on the Chapter 13 Trustee’s objections to confirmation based on-allegations of a lack of good faith. The Court has joined these two proceedings for the purposes of issuing an opinion in the Chapter 13 eases of John P. MeGe-han (“McGehan”) and Michael Anthony Milano and Rashel Monique Milano (“Mila-nos”)(collectively, the “Debtors”) because of similarities in their factual backgrounds and identical nature of the legal issues…
