Plaintiff Robert Redmon (“Redmon”) sued Defendant Uncle Julio’s of Illinois, Inc., d/b/a Uncle Julio’s Hacienda (“Uncle Julio’s”) for producing a computer-generated credit card receipt displaying Redmon’s credit card expiration date in violation of the Fair and Accurate Transactions Act of 2003 (“FACTA”) amendment to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
