This case presents error from the district court of Pontotoc county. On July 7, 1922, plaint-tiff in error, as plaintiff, filed suit against F. Earl Williams and his wife, Mayme Williams, on a note for $139 with interest from January 1, 1922; for taxes paid in the sum of $114.33; for $120 interest due on a first mortgage; $9 abstract fees, and $50 attorneys fee, and interest on foreclosure of its real mortgage oni land in section 30, township 4N., range 5E., in Pontotoc county, being second .to a $2,000 mortgage; and, after service on the panties and appearance on…
