This appeal is prosecuted by Z. T. Cooper from an order of the district court of Garvin county, which order vacated a prior order of said court confirming sheriff’s sale.

The controversy as presented by the appeal is the out-growth of a foreclosure action which was instituted in the district court of Garvin county by the state of Oklahoma on the relation of the Commissioners of the Land Office, as plaintiff, against Ida Isabelle Deal and Frank Deal, as defendants.
