I. INTRODUCTION
On June 25, 2008, the jury in this matter returned punitive damage verdicts against each of the Defendants. Document Nos. 507, 508. Judgment was entered by the Court on July 3, 2008. Document No. 512. On July 18, 2006, Defendants’ filed a motion for new trial, remittitur or reduction of punitive damages. Document No. 514.
