The action was commenced by Reason W. Prather, as sole plaintiff, against the Western Union Telegraph Company, Martin Egan, John Brisbin, Horace Scott, Dillard Ricketts, and The Jeffersonville, Madison and Indianapolis Railroad Company as defendants.
