FABE, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Seventeen years after her father’s death, one of four siblings challenges an inter vivos transfer of stock in the family business from her father to two of her siblings. This transfer was made shortly before her father’s death and effectively removed the stock from his estate. The case was dismissed on statute of limitations grounds.
