Following a bench trial, defendant, Willie Holmes, was found guilty of armed robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, par. 18 — 2). Defendant received a sentence of 10 years imprisonment.

On appeal, defendant presents the following issues for review: (1) whether he was proved guilty of armed robbery beyond a reasonable doubt; (2) whether the trial court properly denied him leave to recall a witness; (3) whether there was probable cause for his arrest; and (4) whether his identification by an eyewitness should have been excluded because…
