Losey, then the. sheriff of said county, and the National Bank of St. Joseph, Missouri, the object and purpose of the suit being to restrain by injunction the enforcement by levy of execution then in the hands of the sheriff on the property of defendant in error, of the judgment in favor of the bank and against William Neidig, O.
