The Bankers Life insurance Company is a corporation created and subsisting under and by virtue of the laws of this, state, having its domicile and principal place of transacting its business in the city of Lincoln, in Lancaster county. In October, 1891, it insured the life of John C. Morrow in the sum of $5,000, payable on his death to his wife, Anna B. Morrow. Morrow at this time was a resident of Yalley county, Nebraska,' in which county he subsequently died.
