The Court’s opinion is completely oblivious of Comegys.1 In that case the main issue on appeal was whether or not the claimant’s conduct, in that case the writing of NSF checks, brought discredit to the Air National Guard. The Commission ultimately concluded that it did not, and hence was not misconduct. The employer’s contention here is that claimant’s alleged refusal to open the door for the federal auditor somehow jeopardized the existence of the credit union of which claimant had been for ten years the manager and entire labor force.
