LOCKWOOD, Justice.

This is an original proceeding for disciplinary action of Attorney Robert Kastensmith 1 under the State Bar Act certified to the Supreme Court by the Board of Governors of the State Bar.

On April 20, 1S66 there was filed in this Court the recommendation of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona that Robert C. Kastensmith, a duly licensed and practicing member of the State Bar of Arizona be reprimanded for unethical conduct in his practice as a lawyer.
