This action was commenced in the district court of Garfield county, Okla., by A. F. Stewart Construction Company, a corporation, defendant in error, plaintiff below, against J. B. Ferguson, plaintiff in error, defendant below, for the recovery of a money judgment on four separate causes of action in the total sum of $21,520.60, with interest and for costs. The parties will be referred to in this opinion as plaintiff and defendant, as they appeared in the lower court.
