THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Appellant’s Initial Brief [DE 29] appealing the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida’s Order Dismissing with Prejudice Appellees’ Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.(‘Wells Fargo”), America’s Whole Lenders and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
