The errors of which complaint is made in this case are the setting aside of the general verdict in favor of the defendant for $486, and the answers to a number of special questions and the rendering of a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, the International Harvester Company, on six notes given by the defendant for the purchase of a tractor and harvester-thresher. The plaintiff had sued upon the six notes given by the defendant to local dealers for the tractor and harvester-thresher and assigned before maturity to the plaintiff harvester…
