In 2007, plaintiffs Debra and Craig Morritt filed this action against Stryker Corporation, Stryker Orthopaedics, Inc., and Stryker Howmedica Osteonics, a division of Stryker Corporation, for injuries allegedly caused by a defective knee replacement system manufactured by defendants. On June 8, 2007, defendants removed the action to this Court. (See Doc. No. 1.)
