This cause is before the court on the motion of defendant Stryker Spine, an unincorporated division of Howmedica Os-teonics Corporation (collectively Stryker), *848for summary judgment pursuant to • Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and its related motion to exclude testimony of Dr. Michael Molleston. Plaintiff Bobby Harris has responded to the motions and the court, having considered the memoran-da of authorities, together with attachments, concludes that both motions should be granted.
