MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
SKINNER, District Judge.
Plaintiff filed a complaint in the Superior Court, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, alleging discrimination on the basis of handicap, under Mass. Const, amend, art. CXIV and Mass. Gen. L. ch. 12, §§ 11H and 111. Plaintiff later amended her.complaint to plead, in addition, discrimination in employment under Mass. Gen. L. ch. 151B, §§ 4(16) and 9.
