I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Pennsylvania Nurses Association, Local 729, OPEIU/AFL-CIO (“PNA”), filed a Complaint against defendant, John F. Kennedy Medical Center, f/k/a John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital (“JFK”), on behalf of twenty-three former JFK nurses on May 9, 2001, seeking to enforce an arbitration award under § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
