— On the 20th day of April, 1900, the defendant Farmers’ Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Randolph county issued its policy of insurance to Mary L. Malone and George D. Malone. The policy covered certain personal property belonging to George Malone, and also insurance to the extent of $500 on a dwelling-house of Mary L. Malone, his wife. The policy, so far as it effected the personal property, is not in controversy.
