On March 28, 2012, the Plaintiff Eastern Savings Bank, FSB (the “Plaintiff’) commenced this action against John N. Moore, Jr. (“Moore”); JST Capital, Inc. (“JST Capital”); South Nassau Communities Hospital (“South Nassau”) and John Does # 1-6.
