This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment of the Superior Court entered on a jury verdict for the plaintiff in his action brought to recover damages for injuries received in a construction accident. The court denied two motions by the defendants to set aside the verdict and a request for remittitur. On the appeal, the defendants have pressed five claims of error which involve three basic claims: that the court erred in failing to mention in its charge to the jury the brevity of the interval of time which elapsed between the cutting of a hole in the roof of an addition to a building…
