OPINION

SWEET, District Judge.

Defendant Dresser Industries (“Dresser”) has moved for a transfer of venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) in this age discrimination suit brought against it by its former employee Wayne Bayless (“Bay-less”). Upon the hearing and submission of the motion on November 20, 1987, for the reasons set forth below, the motion is denied.
