This is an action in equity brought to restrain the defendant, as the auditor of the county of San Joaquin, from drawing his warrant upon the treasurer of said county, in payment of a certain claim allowed by the board of supervisors in favor of the San Joaquin County Fair As sóciation. The plaintiff had judgment and the defendant appeals.
